FEATURE YOUR BUSINESS TERMS

Custom Web Pages, Featured Business Listings, and Banner Ads can be purchased in six (6) months or one (1) year increments. Commencement of agreement dates upon publication or 30 days after initial purchase, whichever occurs first.

PetConnect.Us reserves the right to refuse to publish web pages for any reason. In the event such discretion is exercised, PetConnect.Us will refund the applicable pro rata portion. Service deductions shall take into account both publication time and web related costs.

Content Submission for Custom Web Pages:
"Purchasers" shall assist in the design of their Web Page by 1) providing a sketch or other artwork, 2) submitting a link to an example of a similarly designed web page or 3) allowing the PetConnect.Us web designers to create a page at your direction and then making necessary changes. (Read Making Changes to Your Web Page for further info.)

Making Changes to Your Custom Web Page:
During the initial construction of the Web Page, "Purchasers" are entitled to one set of free changes. These changes may include font type, font size, color scheme, general layout, picture sizing, and/or picture replacement. Changes should be submitted with as much detail as possible. .

Subsequent changes after the first set will require a payment of $75 per hour for services (prorated).

It is the sole responsibility of the "Purchaser" to provide content for the purchased web page. Graphic work, such as creation of logos. is not included and requires payment of $75 per hour for services.

*PetConnect.Us reserves the right to reject content which it deems at its sole discretion to be unusable or inappropriate.

"Purchaser's" Guarantee:
"Purchaser" warrants that they do not now, and will not, violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, trademark, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, violation of any antidiscrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity.

Indemnification:
"Purchaser" agrees to indemnify and defend PetConnect.Us from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of (1) content provided on "Purchaser's" Web Page including links contained therein, (2) any website to which the "Purchaser's" Web Page links, (3) the products or services being advertised, and (4) the violation of any laws or third party rights.

Governing Law:
It is agreed that these terms and any dispute relating to them, will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard conflict of law.
